About your First Session:
We Always Start Somewhere
Every journey begins with a first step. When you book your initial session, I ask that this session is 90 minutes. This allows ample time to review your health history, identify any imbalances, and perform a verbal body scan before we begin stretching. This comprehensive intake helps us better understand your unique needs and creates a personalized experience. The investment for this first session is $75.
What Happens Once You're on the Table
Your session begins with a gentle warmup to prepare your body for movement. Once you're on the table, I'll guide your limbs into specific angles to induce a stretch. Each movement is intentional, targeting muscles, fascia, and connective tissues to encourage release and restore range of motion.
How light or deep the stretch goes is entirely up to you — your comfort and communication are the most important parts of this process. We work together through every movement, pausing as needed to breathe and check in. This is a collaborative experience, not something being done to you, but with you.
Physical touch is very much part of the process and should not be confused with massage. Assisted stretching focuses on alignment, muscle activation, and lengthening — all while respecting your boundaries and what feels best for your body. My hands are used to guide and stabilize always with your consent and comfort as the priority.
After Your Session
We'll take a few moments to discuss how your body feels, what you noticed during the session, and any recommendations for movement or hydration following your stretch. This is your time to reconnect with your body and take small steps toward feeling better in it.
